Selling accident damaged cars without disclosure.

Warning! Best Deal Auto / Amtor Motors (Kempton Park) sells accident damaged vehicles which are only cosmetically repaired. I bought an SUV which appeared and test drove 100% normal but had significant suspension damage (which only becomes evident at higher speeds) There is also no airbags which were “hotwired” to bypass dashboard warning systems. Dashboard was replaced by second hand recovered parts. I know of at least one other case like mine which happened at this same dealer where the customer had to eventually sell his damaged vehicle at a great loss.

Endless promises keeps being made on taking the car back and refunding me but here we are 6 months later and nothing happened.

The consumer protector / MIOSA where I have a case against them is basically useless if the dealership is non responsive like this one.
