DISGUSTING TREATMENT

On the 13th April, I took my car to Botch, Duncanville, Vereeniging for car service, from the look of things I was impressed by the professional service I received, paid for everything. I was attended by Mr Shaun very professional guy, however the next stay my car could not start, lt had never ever gave problems previously, that is why I required just normal service. I was asked before hand that there is anything mechanical fault about the car, there was nothing wrong with my car was running smoothly. I informed Shaun about the problem. He told there was loose cable of which they tighten up. I asked him since my car did not have any fault how he is going to assist me, he told me that there nothing he do for me.
