Worst Company ever

On the 10th September we purchased a fully reconditioned ISX cummins engine for R50 000 on an exchange basis. Belinda told us that this was a complete engine with an ECM. We paid 50% upfront. Delivery was later than agreed and we had to constantly phone to push them <br> <br> On delivery it was discovered that the engine was just a sub assembly and the ECM was missing. I phoned Samantha who said that Belinda had made a mistake. She offered a R10 000 credit and promised delivery of the ECM. We agreed to accept a reconditioned cylinder head for an extra R17 500 instead of passing the credit . I paid the balance of the purchase price and agreed to pay the R7 500 on receipt of the cylinder head. <br> <br> The cylinder head and ECM never arrived. Two weeks of lies about their transporter having picked these up for delivery to us followed. 29th Sept Samantha said they could no longer provide the ECM and cylinder head. She said she would refund us in a couple of days. After hundreds of smses, phone calls with no response we handed over to our lawyers. After receiving a final demand 12th Oct they paid us R5000 and have refused to pay us anything further. Pathetic customer service, lies, *****
