Waiting for refund

Sept 2015 we bought a Volvo S16 engin from them. Price R36200. Paid in to their account R37000. Engin never delivered as promised. 10 Oct 2015 we cancelled and requested a refund. We were told 21 days the money will be in our account. NoW 125 phone calls and a hell of a lot of mails later still nothing. Belinda promised the money will be paid on 22 Jan 2016. Nobody answer me back. I phone and no reply. I do not have anymore patience with this matter. I am taking this to every newspaper and tv show that will help. Playtime is now over. Cant believe you get ***** people like this. I want that money in my account within 24 hours
