Thank you RS for delivering my items. No thanks to the customer support I have received.

This review is based on customer service received. After product was delivered. I requested what seemed to be an easy task that was supposed to take 3-4 working days but some how Carmel has managed to help me with absolutely nothing. After leaving numerous messages and emails I still have not been assisted. I have requested to be assisted by someone else and no one seems to be bothered by my issue.
