Not recieving engine. Just promises.

I bought a engine on 14/09/2015 and up to date (01/12/2015), I have not recieved the engine. AMT is playing for time and has run out of excuses and promises. We are taking the legal route now.<br> It also seems like they are not willing to refund us.
