not received actros engine since late August 2015

I paid a deposit of 35 k in august and i havent received my actros engine since, everyday there was an excuse with belinda first then samatha. They said must email them and they will refund my deposit in 15 working days nows its ova a month and more excuses saying no internet all ********. think legal way with all cost will be paid by AMT.
