Non delivery after full payment made

I bought a gear box for a Microbus 2.5i 5speed, full payment was done on the 26th Jan 2015 after i was promised that if everything is paid in full delivery will take place within a week. <br> 1st Delivery date was suppose to be on the 29th Jan 2015, i waited but nothing came through, <br> 2nd Delivery date was promised again that they will deliver the 5th Jan 2015 still i waited nothing came.<br> 3rd Delivery date i phoned again on Monday since they don't respond when you send email, that's when i spoke with Belinda she told me that one of their delivery truck was involved in the accident but they will deliver on the 12th Feb 2015 but there's nothing till today.<br> NO DECENCY TO CALL ME OR EMAIL TO TELL WHAT IS CAUSING THE DELAY, I AM NOT OWING THEM THEY OWE ME. <br> IF THEY CAN'T DELIVERY PLEASE REFUND ME AS THIS INCONVENIENCING AND COSTING ME.
