Non Delivery

On Friday the 30th of January 2015, we enquired about a Cummins ISX engine for sale for R80 000 excluding vat.. We were told to pay half of the money to secure the engine. We deposited R45 000 the same day, and a pro-forma invoice was forwarded to us. On Monday the 3rd of February 2015, we paid the balance of R46 200 for the engine to be shipped on Tuesday. We were promised that the engine would be delivered to us on Thursday the 5th of February, in Port Elizabeth. On Wednesday the 4th of February we were told the engine was ready for shipment, but that they had a problem with the courier. They then promised that the engine would be delivered to us on Tuesday the 10th of February 2015. We requested status on the shipment of the engine to which we received no reply. Various conflicting statements were given to us by Belinda and Samantha regarding the status engine and shipment thereof.
