Failed to deliver/ No refund

I bought a sub assembly for a 4m40 engine (colt) on the 10th of December 2014 but they failed to deliver until the the 19th of January 2015.<br> I even offered to get my own freight company to collect part (since their excuse was they had issues with theirs) but they came up with stories when the driver had arrived, I then requested for the refund on the 19th of Jan 2015<br> and it is shocking that until today I haven't received it. Last week Friday (30th Jan), I was promised that I will receive my cash by c.o.b but nothing happened.<br> You send an email and no one would even bother to respond, even when u call they would promise to give you a call after doing some follow ups but none of that would happen at the end.<br> This is unacceptable, why are they taking the money at the first place while knowing that they do not have the part and how long shall I wait to be refunded?
