Loyal Customer claim rejected

<p>I have been a loyal customer with AA insurance for more than 7 years now and only claimed a total of R2000 from them to date. My car, household and cellphones are insured with them. My brand new cellphone had just been ****** and i have lodged the claim with AA, only for them to tell me my claim had been rejected due to time of documents recieved. All documents requested from me were submitted, but i always recieve a call from a consultant requesting additional documents, which could have been done with the initial claim lodge, this delaying the process. I then eventually get a call saying my claim has been rejected, keep in mind that this is not a major claim. I am now paying for a brand new phone which i now don't have, i would think that the insurance atleast offers that piece of mind, but clearly in this case, they dont. Very dissapointed in the service.</p>
