insurance run away

Good day I am so disappointed and hurt how the way auto & general handle my claim report to split one accident into two access. I was knock on the drivers side by an avanza in what I call hit and run I try control my car and notice after that I stop I knock a rock and drag it. Now auto & general they asking for two access fees how does that work I need an explanation and help. So that I can understand because for what I see now in future this happen to anyone out there expect to pay two access fees. If your car knocked and you loose control ended up by the pole or tree A&G they will ask for two access fees as they just did to me. My policy no is *** under A&G, mpho phentonae split it up and ask him why is it that way I didn't get clear answer
