Insurance False and Poor Markerting

<p>I have been with Amsure since last year. The insurance promises never to increase premium when you claim. I was impressed with that even though I do not expect to make any claim. Unfortunately I was forced to claim when my car mirror get hit by a reckless driver.</p> <p>The consultant who helped me even goes on to say that because it was a minor claim (about R4500). It is not considered a claim. My insurance premium Has since been incleasead by over R200 . The reason is because I claimed. I am dissapointed by all this. I believe they also kept the recording of all the conversation I had with them to verify my story.</p>
