Assessor Service Rating

We had our home broken into and Cobus was the assessor assigned to our claim. He explained the process in detail and helped ensure that we had every piece of information and documentation needed to ensure that our claim was processed speedily - we expected a payout in about 30 days and I was impressed when he called me 2 days later to let me know that the claim was finalised and payment was on its way.
