Amsure/Auto & General Insurance - MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I will not recommend for anyone to make use of Amsure/Auto & General insurance as there service is pathetic!! They just remove items from your policy as they want to without your permission and they just increase your access like they want to for the new year. After complaining regarding this matter they offered me the same premium I paid for in 2017 but there excuse for my items being removed from the policy is that they didn't receive all the info. So for a year long I paid insurance on something that they didn't receive all the info off but the info shows on my policy and these info has also been given over the phone and now when the new year comes they decide that they just remove these items from my policy and they even increase my access and my premium without any permission!! When it came to the debit order date they still didn't deduct the lower amount they provided me with or send me any new documents that shows what I will be paying for, they just deducted a ridiculous amount without any notice!!!! They are just *****ing your money!!!!
