Is Amstore still in business? not answering calls or emails.

I ordered USB's around two months ago. I cannot get hold of anyone on any of their telephone numbers or cellphones.I have left messages and emails and no one is getting back to me. Not sure if they are still in business. I have paid for the goods in full and not received any products.I know we are having issues with Covid but at least have the decency to answer calls or let us know so we can make alternative plans.
