initial service up to quotation and order was great. Then After payment was made with delivery stated for 14 working days, some issues began. In their defence, the issues where not entirely Amstore's fault, the fault lay with customs taking over 3 weeks to clear and release the consignment when it landed in RSA. While Amstore are local, some of the merchandise branding is not done in RSA, and I really think where this is the case, they should be telling clients this upfront so they can expect a longer lead time. In this instance Approval was given and Goods paid in full by 12th April 2021. We are finally about to receive the goods tomorrow ( 25th May), which is 32 Working Days. Had they initially said 30 Working Days, 2 days would not have been an issue and we might have planned accordingly, but to plan for a 14 working day delivery (3 weeks), then end up waiting 32 working days (over 6 weeks), is not great. On the upside, once we started chasing them, they did keep constant communication and let us know that they where struggling with customs, so Like I said, not entirely their fault.
