Pink sediment in Radler - Amstel don't care
Bought some Radler's and found that some had a pink sediment in them. Took photos and sent to Amstel. You have to facebook message them in order to get an email address which seems an unnecessary obstacle.
Amstel send back an email they want you to fill in including purchase date, consumption date etc. and to collect samples. I threw away the particular bottles and have one six pack left from the case. Amstel not interested in collecting it, don't care that I got a 'bad' batch, made no offer to replace or offered any explanation about what the pink stuff is - it could be hazardous for all I know so I won't be drinking any more of them.
Basic message is, you bought a bad batch, tough for you. Don't expect any customer care from them.
