So I app**** for Debt Consolidation on the 18th of July 2018 and a company called AMSA DEBT REVIEW called me back.

I initially spoke to a person called Lungile,we did the application and I asked him if they can consolidate 2 of my accounts,I am able to pay my retail account.

He said yes no problem,he will get back to me. A week later I called to find out how far the application is,the consultant Lungile was nowhere to be found.

On the 30th of July I received an SMS saying that I will be debited on the 31st July. To my surprise,I don't remember saying go ahead with the application. I tried calling so many times to find out how this is possible, I was later told that a consultant called Robain would be handling my application, I explained the situation to him,instead of helping he told me there's nothing he can do because the application has gone through and I will be Debited soon.

Just a few days ago,I've been trying to get ahold of Robain to cancel my application but no reply. I send WhatsApp messages no reply. I call the head office no reply.

I am fed up because now I've been placed under DEBIT REVIEW!!!

IM SO FRUSTRATED, HOW DO I GO ABOUT TO GET MY NAME OFF THE DEBT REVIEW LIST???
