Brilliant Service

The gentleman came out to assist at a time taht was convenient to me and was on time, he got my gate sorted with a hour and followed up with me twice thereafter to ensure that we were happy with the service. The gentleman again called the weekend as he was not pleased that the replacement key didnt work and insists on returning to replace the lock as he understands that we require 2 keys. We appreciate him going out of this way and his precision in his work. Thank you sir.<br>
