Miss treat people of colour

I was leasing a unit from them for 2 years and I recently decided to let me brother stay there while I sort thing out with my wife in Cape Town as I can afford to be in both places at once.

So my brother was meant to move his things in but nothing came of it as he was waiting for me to clean the place, upon my return after the 25th and the rent for May and June have already been paid in pull they decided to change my locks and clean the place remove some of the things I left behind and prepare it for a new tenant they refuse to immediately refund me as I am currently homeless and they do not seem to care.

They say my lease expired but continued to charge me a lease renewal fee plus failed to present me with a new contract to sign. They simple made all their decisions based on assumption.
