Great Service

Recently bought a forceforge adventurer 3, ran it for two weeks but kept bugging them as i could not get abs to print properly, I found the staff very patient and eventually they managed to get the settings i needed to get abs right

Last night the firmware stuffed out on the printer, once again i called Jaco because i was having people today coming to play with the new printer, due the techies not working weekends he organised that i take my printer and got a loan printer till they get mine fixed

Thanks guys you don't get service like this in SA easily

Only thing i can fault them on is stock of filament and built tape, but Im guessing this is a customs issue as they take their sweet ass time to release stuff (know from personal experience)

Keep up the service and you'll keep a customer and many more for life
