Worst customer service!

SO***1 (Case Number: CAS-145152-P9V5) CRM:***

I have tried uploading artwork since the 2nd of March, but Amrod's system changed.

I e-mailed and phoned numerous time, just to be told I need to upload the artwork online. I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES! IT IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO!

I e-mailed the artwork, just to be told they can not accept it like that! The e-mail keeps on stipulating how it needs to be uploaded. I AM NOT AN IDIOT! If it did not work the first 10 times, why would it work now.

No one even goes out of the way to try and resolve the issue, it is just sorry we can not help you!
