USELESS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS RATING I WOULD!!!!!!!

Completely useless and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! We purchase thousands of rands worth of merchandise and uniforms from them on a monthly basis. With one of our last orders for uniform we ordered the same jackets we have been using for the last 4 years. As we stock uniforms for new staff members they are often not used for months before issuing them to staff. Upon hiring some new staff members we issued the jackets and not even 1 week into wearing they started coming loose at the seams and by the zip area.

Upon contacting them their answer is that it is not their problem and that this is normal wear and tear, HOW?!

What a disappointment for a customer who has been supporting them for years!!!!!
