Free Branding my ass

Amrod provides "free branding" on some items, this is a real humdinger and bull****. Firstly the logo they must brand should be in a specific format, which i completely understand, but as soon as you have given them the correct formats, they still are nitty gritty about the damn thing. The have wasted so much of my time with this. Even after they reffered me to a guy that redrew my logo it still was wrong according to them. They have been so long in this game, the know exaclty how time sensitive these orders are. They are not making it easier by being like this. I almost get the feeling that they just want you ta take the product without the "free branding by the way the are making it not difficult but impossible. I cannot wait a minute longer for this order to be finished as my client is in an outlying area far from me, so my couriers shouldve picked the order up by now for it to be in time.
