ARROGANT AMROD

One thing is for sure. Amrod does not take responsibility for poor quality products. We purchased apr 74 golf shirts from them. After the first wash (as prescribed) the shirts shrunk ALOT!!!! The tolerance on shrinkage, according to Amrod, is 2cm. We had shirts that ended up with up to 6,5cm shorter. We also had shirts that were labeled incorrectly. Size XL label on a Medium shirt. This has been going on since December 2021. We have been emailing and eventually they agreed to meet with us. I have proven the poor quality. They still refuse to take any responsibility and will not replace the shirts. They are arrogant and dont care about their customers!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!
