I wanted to start a small business on the side considering how the lockdown has negatively impacted us. I took out a temp loan to get caps printed by Pical(Pty) Ltd in Modderfontein. When i received the caps the size was horrifically small, the branding on the caps seemed as if it would peel off, Josh the guy i had been dealing with said a company named Amrod in Woodmead assisted them with the caps. When i asked for a refund they refused and promised to fix the problem. A few days later i got a call saying there's nothing they can do and they will drop off the caps as is,. To date they still refuse to give me back my R1627.25. Young people will never progress with such businesses operating.#FRUSTRATED

I am sorry that you have had this experience.Our branding only starts once layout (visual) is approved. Pls take note that some layouts have warnings regarding the printing and limitations.
Because we don't deal direct, please speak to Josh and he can get hold of us to re-look at this?

Josh(***/ ***) still has the caps to date, i have had enough of my time wasted by Pical. He mentioned Amrod said and i quote '' the caps are a normal/ standard size'', apparently these words were uttered by someone from Amrod, when i first complained. I've never seen such small caps that wont even accomodate someone with african hair such as e.g. afro/ dreadlocks. With all due respect this matter should be between Joshua and Amrod inorder for me to get what's rightfully mine. I will not stand by unfair treatment. The 2 businesses must make means to give me back my R1627.25 .
