Baddest service ever

Apm needs to shut down I've received the baddest service from them and it's my first time driving with Apm you need to close your doors. How can you overbook and then hire another bus that does not have a permit to drive in the N2 route. The drivers don't know the route and they drive past the people's destination. Very bad extremely bad service. Close down Apm
