Electrician

I contacted the company for an electrical compliance certificate. The electrician was late, and had no ladder - I had to supply him with one. He then proceeded to look in my roof. He caused damages to the roof in various places. When I contacted him to discuss the roof damage, he was extremely rude and told me to get another electrician. Almost a month later, he has the audacity to invoice me.
