Ampro lifetime guarantee??? I don't think so...

<p>So I bought my husband the ampro set, they told me it has a lifetime guarantee. He had the set for about 2 years, now when he took in the ampro ratchet, they said yhey can't help him without a slip? I mean really? I didn't keep the slip! So in future please keep your slips for the rest of your life!!!</p>
