ampro fails gaurantee

<p>2016/06/21, 8:11:07 PM: Marco Davids: Hi Peter can you help me if possible , i bought sockets and a ratchet from Auto Zone with a lifetime gaurantee and some of the sockets as well as the ratchet broke so I took it back to the shop and was told that it will be sorted out in 3 weeks time but after going to the shop and being told they don't have stock I went to their main branch and got some of the sockets back but what they gave me was quarter inch instead of half inch sockets which is cheaper and doesn't fit the ratchet I'm using the sales man Lucas said that Ampro tool is going off the market so they have a problem replacing the tools as I'm waiting from 05/04/2016 and must drive to the shop and then they tell me they don't have stock or they will phone me Back but never does ( Auto Zone Mitchell's Plain ********** 461 the guy there is Willy manager ) the other guy he sent me to at their main store in Epping is Lucas ********** 700 : thanking you regards Ronnie Davids ********** 533 -19blockhouse street Tafelsig Mitchell's Plain 7785</p>
