Paid but a no show at wedding!

Paid him to be our DJ at our wedding. He did not show and sub contact us without permission or even letting us know. The DJ that came only new about the wedding the morning of the wedding. Didn't have the right songs or any songs. Had to play music from my husband's phone. Where promised a refund but also did not pull through.
