Worst and *********** Insurance Brokers

When a broker from Ample Insurance Brokers calls you, hang up the phone IMMEDIATELY!

I was under the impression that I am insured with Hollard meanwhile the broker, Mpho Jara, never accepted my proposal on the system that I sent to her during March 2021 with Hollard and the Hollard policy was never incepted.

Come claim time during November 2022 both the old policy and Hollard rejected the claim, Hollard because technically I was NEVER insured with them while under the impression that I was and the old policy due to their policy conditions.

So where does that leave me? With no insurance payout due to a mistake made by one of Ample Insurance Brokers' Brokers.
