Value for money? NO!!!!
I've been a loyal client of them for years and years now. Until recently (well not so recent).
After my stopped working, they informed me that I could put a claim in. But then after several requests from their side they demanded on a letter from Eskom regarding loadshedding. After a huge struggle I actually drove to Eskom headoffice only to be told that Eskom don't issue any letters to proof loadshedding, power surges etc. I've informed Ample of this but they kept insisting on these document. At one point I actually thought I might as well give up based on the lack of feedback from my so called profile manager. Yet, end of last year, after receiving a letter of increases on premiums, I started to follow up once again. To date, there were no informative feedback of any sorts. I've left the matter with the claim manager.
Guys, trust are earned very hard, but easy to loose.
