*****ing from clients

I had a policy with road side assistance that was canceled on the 15 May 2019 but they are still deducting the road side assistance every month, i phoned every month on which i then are promised its being canceled as we speak and i will be refunded. Phoned a gain today and i was promised that this has been canceled and i will be refunded within seven days of all premiums that was deducted since May. I would like someone please from head office to phone me to sort this out asap or i will report this to the ombudsman as i feel you are steeling from client hoping they wont notice small amount going off on their bank accounts.
