<p>From the beginning of my claim process, Carol Motahane has gone out of her way to ensure that I'm always up to date on the progress of my claim. It seems she never has a bad day when I have the opportunity to deal with her directly. Carol even makes follow-ups with the panel beater on my behalf to check on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle and makes as many courtesy calls as it takes until she gets through to me, even though I am sometimes unable to answer my phone. All the stars in the sky aren't enough to express the level of satisfaction I have received from dealing with her. Thanks a million </p>
