Exceptional Service!

<p>It has been a rought ride in getting my motor accident claim authorised by Affinity Underwriting Managers taking me from pillar to post. Then it was a fight again with the excess amount. Just as I thought it was all over, I had to still fight for loss of use. Through it all was Carol Motahane who exceptionally made sure that she leaves no stone unturned. She is a great listener and she ensures 110% client satisfaction. I would'think twice to be a client to any company she'd work for / with only if it was a company that looks for all the reasons to authorise a claim instead of the other way around.
