Excellent service by Chardonnay

I called frustrated yesterday as my attending manager had not responded to my whatsap messay. My call was attended by a friendly, efficient and professional lady called Chardonnay. She assisted me and assured me that she will resolve my enquiry. She did and went beyond call of duty. She got me a better deal with Santam and kept me informed all the way. She even called to check if I have received my policy document. She also supp**** me with her contact details for ease of reference.
