Devious insurance brokers

One of their clients smashed my car from the side on the 8th October 2019 while I was taking a u turn,their client explained how sorry he was and he didn't see me cause he was overtaking a car at quite a speed in greenside and he was late for a meeting,I explained my situation to ample insurance and they do not want me to claim 3rd party insurance cause their client says,no when they know their client has 7 claims against him already,this is one devious insurance brokers they will play you back and forth and never honour and they are breaking the insurance laws
