Ample Insurance Brokers - Awful!!!!

The worst service I have ever received in my life!! Not only am I waiting for a refund for literally a year now, they have not sent me any documents to confirm that I'm a member. They broker I worked woth changed her number and didn't let me know! She was the only contact person I had and the only contact number I had. VERY VERY POOR! I am absolutely disgusted with their so-called service.

Another thing, they just keep adding 'administration fees' to my insurance premium. Where I was paying R582 including their fee of R80, I now have to pay another R98 on top of that each month and they literally do NOTHING! so my insurance just lowered my premium by R40 but I still pay R100 more thanks to Ample Insurance Brokers.
