Worst hosting company I have ever felt with

This company is seriously useless and pathetic. Their service is poor, you not allowed to speak to technicians. <br> <br> Telephone consultants cant answer your questions and needs. They take 5 days to resolve a problem and every time you call you can't speak to the people whom can help. They need to be emailed. <br> <br> Regardless of having their servers with problems for almost 2 -3 weeks they invoice you for a full month. This company is a waste of money and just not worth doing business with.<br> <br> Greg, Bruce, Jo anne and sindy all just useless waste of money. <br> <br> All I needed was a domain renewed. They took the money but 6 days later the domain was still down. Every time I call I am told Greg is busy with your ticket he can not speak to me on the phone which is so annoying.
