Worst customer service ever!!!

Feels like dealing with home affairs or the post office!

My cpanel has been hacked. Contacted Ample hosting via chat. They reset password. Hacked again next day, they reset again, hacked again... When I try to reset the password, I can see the the recovery email shown in as a hint is that of the hackers and not mine. They insist it is a generic hint! it's clearly not.

Going in circles non stop. I have all their transcripts saved to backup my claim.

Do not signup with them! I'm moving all my websites away from them. As there is no telephonic support they hide behind their screens with no consequence.
