suspended account

the worst service i have ever experienced hosting with this company for years and all i have is issues, suspended accounts even though ive sent through emails stating date, account details for payment, then when i contact the live chat and send the same details all of a sudden accounts releases my account. PATHETIC company ever. weekly im contacting having issues with mail / server account
