Incredibly poor customer service

<p>I have been trying to get ample hosting to stop sending me emails regarding some or other software update on a website account that I had very brief involvement with in 2014. All I want is for them to stop sending me these emails as something very traumatic happened around this time and every email I get is a reminder of this. They want me to contact the person that is listed as the domain holder but this is the very person that caused the trauma in the first place.</p>
