Where's my deposit?

<p>We moved out of our rental house 1 May 2016 because the house was sold. We cleaned the house and yard before moving. We still havent received back our deposit. When ever we call they just tell us they are waiting for the selling of the house to go through. In the 3 years we stayed there we never skipped a payment. Please I want my deposit</p>
