Bad Service

A colleague stayed there end July 21 to Beginning August 21, and since then the staff at the front desk has given out his personal information to anyone that has asked for it. This is in violation of the POPI Act but they dont worry about that. Further we as a company provided services for the guest house and agreeable they paid for 95% of the services provided but still an outstanding invoice they refuse to pay for. Now we have handed them over to get our money.

So it is our advice that be careful if you stay there what information you give to them. The facilities are great but they DO NOT protect clients privacy or clients information.
