Demanding letter after making an arrangement
Three months ago I received an account of R356.40 that my medical aid did not pay. The same day I e-mailed the lady at the accounts department of Ampath to make an arrangement. I then arrange to pay R100 a month until fully paid. Today I received a demanding letter saying that I need to pay the outstanding amount of R156.40 within 7 days. The fact that there is no communication in the accounts department, sending me a demanding letter when I made an arrangement, is shocking to say the least. Will never make use of Ampath again.
