I took my Brothers Mercedes Vito to AMP Auto Electrical to repair the fog light that wasn't working ( Flashing). I was called about 4 hours later to say that a module was required but a "bypass ' could be done at a cost of R2000. I agreed to this and gave the go ahead. I paid and fetched the vehicle and was given a 6 months guarantee. My brother drove to Durban next day and sent me a video of the fog lights not working ( Flashing ). I sent the video to AMP Auto Electrical and was told that I must bring the vehicle back as I had a 6 months guarantee in work done. After about a month my brother came up to Benoni with the Mercedes Vito and u took the vehicle back to AMP Auto Electrical
I was called at around 4pm and was told that there were components missing and I must pay R1200 to have the repair done. No other person worked on the vehicle prior to AMP Auto Electrical did the second diagnosis. I refused to pay the extra money and left.
