Absolutely stunning customer service. 100% recommended hardware and home improvement center for price and range. Bought a pressure pump in January 2021 and the unit had a bearing failure. Instead of getting a run-around with the usual "unit has to be sent back to supplier to confirm defect", they immediately supp**** me with a replacement unit. Kudos and thank you.
