Bad customer service

I’m so disappointed in whoever is assisting on WhatsApp, considering how many times we’ve purchased from your store. Day3 of requesting a simple quotation, I’ve been blue ticked on WhatsApp. I was sent an incomplete quote with wrong sizes.
